Junek, Karel ; Pavlíček, Radek (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with optimization of material and information flows in the selected company. The thesis consists of the current state analysis of internal problems that are related to suppliers and customers. Basic logistic terms related to the topic are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part analyzes the current situation in Hella comany and consists of proper suggestions suitable for the optimization of the current state.
Production of women´s clothing
Šťastná, Vladimíra ; Svoboda, Jiří (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The theme of my bachelor project is design of industrial factory producing women´s clothing in Brno – Zidenice. Building site in sloping terrain is used for right orientation of 3 buildings – an industrial hall, an affiliated storehouse and an auxiliary technic base. Part of the industrial hall is cantilevered and also the orientation reacts with the environs. Main ideas were to use the view and to group building to optimize producing process, also to build up satisfactory base for employees, as well as to impress people inside and outside the factory.
The Study of Logistic Conception of Distribution Stock
Kubala, Jakub ; Němec, Martin (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This master thesis “The Study of Logistic Conception of Distribution Stock” deals with global operation of distribution stock in its entire levels with target to design efficient communication methods with costumer and suppliers. Based on analyses of actual situation it effort to identify general poverties and find proper methods of it’s solution. First chapter is based on theoretical part. It explains basic logistical principals as one of the elements of each organization. Second chapter introduces Arcelor Distribuce CZ Company from work place way of look. Third chapter is dedicated to risk management as a theory of identification and evaluation actual or potential risks company may treat with. Fourth chapter the largest one defines particular issues company has to deal with and issues which block company’s way of growth. Further there are introduced steps heading to solve these problems. This thesis sets a target to identify and design solutions of main problems in communication in the first place, which block company’s natural evolution.
The Creating Logistics Concepts in Wholesale Organization
Jarošová, Petra ; Tesař, Rostislav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of logistics conception in whole sale organization. This thesis is consist of ananalysis of the current business oganization state due to suppliers, customers, matherial and informatik flows in organization. Theoretical part is focused to the explenation off undamentalic terms and characteristics of givenissue. The practical part presents a valuation of currentstate of wholesale and also includes a sugestions for apropriate management logistics solutions in regard of it´s current level.
Modelling of elastic and inelastic collisions
Jurčík, Michal ; Burget, Radim (referee) ; Karásek, Jan (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with vehicles collisions within an environment of logistic distribution storehous. The aim is to avoid potential collisions that can occur between these vehicles. In the first chapter are detailed collisions of particles and elements impact for the law of conservation of energy and momentum. In further sections is carried out detailed research of elastic and inelastic collisions in an ideal environment, which are the theoretical basis for the simulation of the real environment. Collisions are supported by detailed calculations and added pictures. The second chapter deals with the development of double-layer application simulating elastic collisions in an ideal environment. In subchapters are descriptions of the classes and methods for computing prediction of collisions with examples of source code. The last section describes the software platform JavaFX and used animation classes that are required for visualization issues. The last chapter, which is the main goal of the work is done by the expansion of the existing design environment of storehouse and vehicles. Particular chapters then describe the cases of various types of collisions their detection and avoidance. There is an application designed to address this issue, with a description of the classes and methods. Used methods are supported with flowcharts for easier understanding.
